Survey: Consumer Confidence, Home Prices Hit Year Long High

Check out the latest numbers from the Prudential Q1 Consumer Outlook survey. This new survey notes that consumer confidence in real estate and home prices have reached a year long high. In addition, it says that buyers and sellers are motivated as we enter the spring buying season.
