Inman Next has a story about the increase in consumer confidence in access to mortgage credit rising to the highest level since the suvey was released in 2010:
Fifty-two percent of respondents to the survey said they think it would be easy for them to get a mortgage, up from 50 percent the previous month. Meanwhile, 45 percent said they think it would be difficult, down 3 percentage points month over month.
