Trend is out with their report and analysis of the housing market in Philadelphia County last month:
For the first time in almost 3 years, sales in November were lower than the previous year, down 8% from November 2012. But November of last year was an exceptionally strong month for sales. In fact, when adjusting for normal seasonality, November was the strongest month in 2012, and exceeded the second strongest month (December) by 10%.
